John (Jack), a dearly beloved husband to Eileen May, a loving dad of David, Pamela, Judith, Michael, Richard and father-in-law to Cynthia, Neil, Barry, Wendy and Michele and a proud grandad to his 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service and farewell at the West Road Crematorium on Friday 19th December at 2:00 pm.
Family flowers only please donations if so desired to the Alzheimer's Society.
